The fuel dock at Turtle Bay. This bay is about 1 NM in diameter and fairly well protected. It is 375 NM south of San Diego and 480 north of Cabo San Lucas.

Greg Osgood, Assistant Mate, pumping fuel from one of two 55 gallon barrels into the main fuel tanks. With the extra fuel we have a range of 700 NM at 10 kts. We are anchored in Pta. Abreojos.

This is the other end of the hose coming from the transfer pump. The copper pipe nozzle sits in the fill neck of the 300 gallon port fuel tank. There is also a 300 gallon tank on the starboard side.
